Rice Pudding Cake

Rice pudding is one of the ancient dessert recipes in the world. It can be found in almost every part of the world in a different form or name.

Ingredients to make one 23x33cm cake:
380g long grain white rice
1.5 liters skimmed milk
1 teaspoon salt
225g unsalted butter
225g cream cheese
3 eggs
250ml single cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
125g self-rising flour
80g golden raisins

Method
This recipe will take 1 hour for preparation, 1 hour to cook and the cake will be ready to eat 2 hours after cooking.

For the first step combine the rice with milk and salt in a saucepan and put it in a low flame until liquid is condensed. Stir it continuously.

Then preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Grease and flour a 23x33cm or similar sized baking tray.

Take a large bowl, combine the butter and cream cheese. Beat well with a wooden spoon so that the consistency becomes creamy.

Next, in another bowl combine eggs, cream, and vanilla. Add to the creamed mixture and blend it well.

Now stir the cooled rice mixture while mixing the flour and the raisins, blend it well.
After that, pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake at 180 C in microwave or Gas for 1 hour. Let the cake stand for 2 hours and your dish is ready.
This recipe is so creamy that it will make your mouth water more with each gobble.
